I’m sure I am not the only one who lets the fear of intimidation prevent them from going to the gym or trying a new class, I had to really push myself to sign up and in all honesty I am so glad I chose to sign up with Kent CrossFit. It’s not just a regular gym you walk in and out of, its a strong community of individuals that truly care about your wellbeing. I have a support group of non judgmental humans that motivate and inspire me to do my best. I obviously highly recommend this gym, you’ll be thankful you did!

KCF is a great gym, They offer traditional cross fit, strongman training, Olympic lifting and individual classes. The coaches Chinda, Vip and Kora are knowledgeable in all aspects and they truly care about how you are doing and your goals.
Being a “masters I tend to modify a lot of movements and they are fully supportive of what I can and can’t physically do and encourage modifications as needed.
Maybe best of all is the community that KCF is. As a group we are supportive of each other, compassionate, and joking with each other every day. We support the local community with food drives, clothing drives and fund raising competitions for those less fortunate.
No matter of your fitness level, skill level if you are looking for a gym. give KCF a try.

I couldn’t have found a better coach than Coach Allen. He is patient, provides excellent tips and is super nice. In fact everyone at IUA is super nice and friendly and very supportive. It truly feels like a community with a common goal of staying fit while having fun. Thank you guys!

The most motivating and inspirational coaches here. Even tho i kind of hate them for about 20 mins a day, the other 23 hours 40 minutes of the day i love them to death for what they are doing for my athletic ability.

I Love IUA! Awesome community and great Coaching! I began training with Coach Allen about 2 years ago and have improved every year! I enjoy the High Intensity functional fitness workouts @IUA the best part is we never do the same workout twice!
